According to the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), customers who shop online have up to seven days after receiving the product to cancel their purchase.
As stated in Article 49: The consumer may cancel the contract within seven days from the date of signing or from receiving the product or service, whenever the purchase occurs outside of a physical store, especially by phone or at home.
Sole Paragraph – If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal provided in this article, any amounts paid during the reflection period must be refunded immediately, with monetary correction.
How to exchange or return a product purchased from our online store:
Only the person who placed the order can request an exchange or return;
The deadline to cancel or exchange your purchase is 7 calendar days from the date you receive the product (Article 49 – Consumer Defense Code);
Before sending back the product, please contact our customer service team by phone or email to initiate the return process;
In case of cancellation or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, and must not show any signs of use;
Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a technical evaluation. If no signs of misuse are found, the refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days;
Products returned without prior communication or outside the allowed period will be sent back without notice, and shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Refunds:
If you paid by bank slip (boleto bancário), the refund will be made by transferring the amount to the buyer’s bank account within 10 business days;
For credit card purchases, the full amount will be refunded through a chargeback within 10 business days. If your billing cycle closes before then, the refund will appear on your next statement. Please check with your credit card provider for details on how the refund will be reflected;
We do not accept bank accounts in names other than the purchaser’s.
