Register an Account
At the top right corner of the screen, click on "My Account." You will be redirected to a new page. Select the option "I don't have an account yet" and enter your email. Then, fill in all the fields with your information. Done — your registration is complete.
The requested registration details are used exclusively for issuing your invoice, shipping your order, and contacting you if necessary.
Purchase Process:
Shopping at Eluz Joias is quick, easy, and secure. Follow these steps:
Browse the store and choose your products.
On the product page, click the "Buy" button next to the price. A box will appear showing the selected product. To continue shopping, simply click the "Continue Shopping" button. To complete your order, click "Checkout."
Next, enter your email and confirm your password. If you are not yet registered in our online store, please create an account.
Confirm your purchase by selecting your delivery address and payment method. You can pay via bank slip (boleto bancário) or credit card.
You will then receive confirmation of your order. Please wait for payment confirmation before leaving the page. If you chose to pay via bank slip, print or download it. Make a note of your order number — our customer service team can quickly locate your information with it.
